about

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the places where healing, story, and the natural world meet.

My path into this work has not followed a straight line. Over the past twenty years, I have studied movement, embodiment, homeopathy, mineral health, thermography, and the many ways that our bodies reflect the lives we have lived. I began my career as a yoga and mindfulness teacher, eventually owning my own studio and directing yoga teacher trainings, before being called more deeply into the study of homeopathy and holistic wellness.

Today, I am a Certified Homeopath and Medical Thermographer, and a Certified Somatics Practitioner. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is about far more than the absence of symptoms. It is about restoring connection—to our bodies, to one another, and to the rhythms that quietly shape our lives.

Beyond the wellness practice, I am the founder of Gather the Roots, an annual retreat for women, and other quarterly events, that are devoted to ritual, myth, seasonal living, and the art of paying attention.

I live in rural Ohio with my husband, our three children, and our pug, Fern. When I am not working, you can usually find me in the garden, reading beside an open window, exploring the woods, or following my curiosity wherever it leads.

I believe in the wisdom of the body, the power of nature, and the importance of gathering around stories that remind us who we are.
